A stress free life for better health is the dream of everyone in our current hard times. The only way to find that is to make up your mind to over ride the stress and create a new thought pattern. It is good for your health, your heart and your nervous system in order to fight viruses and disease. Begin with a plan and find life in a stress free world of your own.
You must remove the stress from your life by eliminating the problem or changing how you view it. No matter what happens, if you open your eyes the next morning you are still fine. There are a lot of overwhelming problems in life right now and it is time to change how you think about. One way is to make a list of each problem on a sheet of paper. Most of the time the stress is caused by no being sure what to do and having to continually think about the problems and worrying if you are going to forget.
The list will be near all the time and you will not have to think about it. Calm down and clear your mind. Think about ocean waves, wind in the grass, clear sky’s or the color blue. Do not think about the problems or anything else. Keep your mind on the focus for ten minutes then slowly relax. Try not to return to the problems. Think about positive things. Each time the problem returns to your mind, change your thought pattern back to something positive. Lower your stress level and improve your health.
Create a room where you do not allow yourself to think about problems and a time to share with someone that is free from problems and negative thought. It is your path to a stress free life and will keep you alive longer.
